It hasn’t been a straightforward project, mainly a result of the recent upheavals in Zimbabwe, but the borehole drilling was successful and Muda school now has a water supply. We are grateful to the Mason Trust and North Elmham Young Farmers for helping to make this happen. What’s next? Security fencing is about to be installed to ensure the safety of the water storage tanks. The pupils can now tend the school garden and grow their own food. Now we only need to fund the basics for the egg production to ensure food security at the school. Why not buy the children a late Easter present – a few layer hens, perhaps?
